Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handcrafted and often made in small batches, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.  

However, your happiness matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or purchase with a photo and brief description of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit. Once an item has been used or burned, it is no longer eligible for replacement. 

Each piece is handmade and may vary slightly in color, grain, or finish as these are natural variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
