At Mustard Seed Gift Co., every order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made in small batches, please allow a little extra for us to create something special for you. 

Shipping Policy

Breads & baked goods are available for local pick up only as noted on ordering page. 

At this time, we only ship within the USA

In stock items are shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Out of stock & custom made products - varies depending on the items, communication and complexity of order.  On average, custom made products may take 2-4 weeks before ready to ship. Because many of our items are handcrafted and time-sensitive, prompt communication is key.  If we contact you with a question about your order, a quick response allows us to prepare and ship your items without delay. Orders requiring clarification may be paused until we hear back, which can impact shipping timing.  

During holidays, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We make every effort to package and ship within the above time frame. We will communicate with you delays as soon as possible.  

Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS and other trusted carries to ensure timely and safe delivery. Standard shipping times are 2-5 business days once your order has shipped. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout when applicable.  Holiday volume, severe weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact carrier transit times and are outside of our control. While we ship orders promptly, Mustard Seed Gift Co. cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in the hands of the carrier.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
